We are still recruiting Sponsors and Teams for the 3^rd Annual “Drums on the Dam” United Way of Sevier County Dragon Boat race August 18^th  willing to designate their $2,000 per boat entry fee to SAFE HARBOR.   Teams can solicit sponsors or pay $100 per person for Teams of 20 rowers, half of which are required to be women.  Entrants must be over 16 years of age.
